House Rules: No Smoking or Vaping To maintain a clean and healthy environment for our guests, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. IF SMOKING IS DETECTED ON THE PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE OF $250 for additional cleaning. Parking Etiquette Please park in the designated area at the rear of the premises and ensure that the driveway remains clear for other vehicles. Cleanliness We ask that you clean up after yourself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and living area. A tidy space makes for a comfortable stay for everyone. Pet Policy We welcome your furry friends! However, please keep pets off the furniture and beds. If your pet sheds excessively, kindly help us by cleaning up after them. Quiet Hours To ensure everyone has a restful stay, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. As this is a duplex, you may share a wall with another guest, so we appreciate your help in keeping noise levels low, especially during these hours. Your consideration makes a big difference in ensuring a peaceful experience for everyone. Trash and Recycling Please dispose of trash and recycling properly. Use the designated bins provided, and take the trash out to the bins in the rear of the property before you check out. Respect for the Property Please treat our home with care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the guest. Check-Out Procedures Upon departure, please follow our check-out procedures, which include locking all doors and windows and ensuring all personal items are removed. No Parties or Events Our property is intended for relaxing stays. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed unless previously agreed upon.
