We are locals and needed a place to stay while some renovations were being done at our home. This was the perfect place! Pet friendly and walkable with many local parks and walkways. John was very responsive to any questions and when I had a concern, it was resolved as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

My favorite Airbnb stay of all times! John and Cathy are a gem and gift to this world! Their white glove service and attention to detail make every previous Airbnb stay pale in comparison. Loved the local park, the neighbors, the charming firehouse and history of the area. A true gift, all around!

I want to start off by saying that we overall had a great stay. We did a experience a heating issue during our stay, but it was resolved promptly. Communication was excellent! Cathy and John were very responsive throughout. The place is beautiful, beds were very comfortable, and we would happily stay here again.

Amazing hosts. They responded to questions as soon as they could. The space was spotless and was perfect for a family of 3. It is close to everything from restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this place.

My mom had THE BEST stay! She couldn’t stop taking about how beautiful it was, and she really loved all the mirrors and extra chargers everywhere. She will definitely be staying here again!

John and Cathy were fabulous hosts! The place was adorable- super clean and so nice and welcoming. They were so friendly and responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s also a super convenient location for getting around town. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

My wife and I found ourselves in an unfortunate situation, having to find a last-minute rental after our Charlotte home flooded, but John and Cathy came to the rescue! Their (subtly beach/surf-themed) two-bedroom rental was only a few minutes' drive from our place, but they were immensely helpful getting us (and our two panicking cats) access late at night.
The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, part of a two-unit property with a shared wall. The open floor plan was ideal for us, featuring a spacious kitchen/dining area, as well as a cozy living room. We only needed one of the two bedrooms, but the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot (we hadn't showered in a few days due to our water being turned off for repairs). Furthermore, John and Cathy were quick to respond when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay by a night, even offering us a "neighbor discount."
I can't recommend their place enough if you're stopping through Charlotte. You won't regret it!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this Airbnb. John and Cathy are great host. Very attentive and ready to respond to any situations the can arise. I left item after my stay and we must say thank you for going above and beyond to getting it back to us. Wonderful experience.

If I could give more than five stars I would! We had an awesome stay and the hosts went above and beyond. It was in a great location, we walked to the stadium and there are parks and coffee shops within a 15 minute walk. It's a safe neighborhood, the place was immaculately clean, and the hosts super communicative and accommodating. There was ample parking and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved our visit and hope to rebook in the future!
